Each certified soil scientist or certified wetland scientist shall obtain a seal of the design authorized by the board bearing the name of the certified individual, the legend \"Certified Soil Scientist\" or \"Certified Wetland Scientist,\" as appropriate, and a place for the certified individual's signature.
