The qualifications of applicants for licensure, including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of:\n(a) A high school education or its equivalent; and\n(b) Good professional character;\nII. Criteria for examination of applicants;\nIII. Criteria for the renewal of licensure under this chapter, including the requirements for continuing education;\nIV. Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license to practice under this chapter and how sanctions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards or for any violation of this chapter;\nV. Conditions for practice under temporary licenses issued by the board;\nVI. The regulation of tanning facilities including:\n(a) Sanitation and hygiene standards to be met and maintained by tanning facilities;\n(b) Standards for approving the training curricula and programs used for training tanning device operators;\n(c) Registering tanning facilities;\n(d) Standards for the inspection of tanning devices upon application for initial licensure;\n(e) Standards for the consumer consent form required under RSA 313-A:30, IV.\nVII. Criteria for licensing and approval of schools and their curriculum;\nVIII. Criteria for licensing and approval of instructors;\nIX. Criteria for licensing and approval of mobile barbershops;\nX. The occasional performance of services at locations other than the principal place of business by persons licensed under this chapter;\nXI. The criteria for office of professional licensure and certification consideration of an applicant's \"good professional character\";\nXII. The criteria for granting exemptions under RSA 313-A:10, II; 313-A:11, II; and 313-A:12, II;\nXIII. A schedule of administrative fines for violations of this chapter under RSA 313-A:22, III(e) and (f); and\nXIV. Conditions and standards for operation under a shop license, including health and safety standards.\nXV.
