{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-315-1","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 315:1","heading":"Board.","body":"There shall be a board of podiatry consisting of 5 members; including 4 licensed podiatrists and one public member, each to be appointed by the governor, with the approval of the council, to a term of 5 years. No member of the board shall be appointed to more than 2 consecutive terms. Only board members provided for in this section shall have the authority to vote in board determinations.
