{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-325-13","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 325:13","heading":"Embalmers; Qualifications.","body":"No person shall embalm dead human bodies or engage or hold himself out as engaged in embalming, whether on his own behalf or in the employ of another, unless he shall:\nI. Be at least 18 years of age;\nII. Be of good professional character;\nIII. (a) Have completed at least one year (30 credit hours) at an accredited postsecondary educational institution; or\n(b) Have completed successfully a course of instruction in an embalming school prior to 1975, have been actively licensed since graduation, and present to the board a letter of good standing from the licensing state;\nIV. Have completed a one year course in apprenticeship under the supervision of a duly licensed or registered embalmer actively engaged in embalming within the state;\nV. Have completed a full course of instruction in an embalming school meeting, at the time of instruction, standards established by the board;\nVI. Pass such examinations meeting criteria established by the board to ascertain his or her efficiency and qualifications to engage in embalming; and\nVII.
