The office of professional licensure and certification may issue a certificate of medication administration to a current LNA who:\n(a) Has participated in and completed a board-approved medication administration education program;\n(b) Has been employed as a licensed nursing assistant for one full year;\n(c) Has passed an examination approved by the board; and\n(d) Has paid the certification fee.\nII.
