Each member of the board shall be a resident of this state and licensed under the provisions of this chapter.\nI-a. Each non-public member of the board and all licensed mental health professionals performing board-related duties shall comply with and be subject to all provisions of this chapter and that licensee's professional ethical code in performing board-related duties.\nII.
