{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-358-n-1","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 358-N:1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"In this chapter:\nI. \"Credit card\" means any instrument, whether known as a credit card, credit plate, charge plate, or by any other name, which purports to evidence an undertaking to pay for service rendered or furnished to or upon the order of a designated person or bearer.\nII. \"Provider of travel services\" means a person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of furnishing travel, transportation or vacation services.
