The department may require:\n(a) Annual reports from all household goods carriers. The department shall require reports to be signed under the penalties of unsworn falsification pursuant to RSA 541:3; and\n(b) Specific answers to any questions deemed necessary by the department.\nII. The commissioner may adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to the form of annual reports.\nIII.
