{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-402-14-a","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 402:14-a","heading":"New License Required for Changed Conditions.","body":"The commissioner shall require a company licensed under this chapter to apply for a new license in accordance with this chapter, if, after notifying the company and after holding a hearing if requested, the commissioner finds that the company has undergone a substantial change in finances or managerial control since its last application for a license.
