No turf fertilizer sold at retail shall exceed an application rate of 0.9 pounds per 1,000 square feet of total nitrogen per application.\nIII. No turf fertilizer shall exceed an annual application rate of 3.25 pounds per 1,000 square feet of total nitrogen when applied.\nIV.
