{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-481-13-a","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 481:13-a","heading":"Water Withdrawal; When Notification Required.","body":"Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, before any private or municipal water company may withdraw water in excess of 100,000 gallons per day from a well located in one municipality for use in a different municipality, such water company shall provide written notice to the governing body of the municipality in which the well is located.
