A lessee may terminate his or her lease, or a tenant may terminate a rental agreement when the lessee or tenant is:\n(a) A member of the armed services reserve who is called to active duty.\n(b) A member of the national guard who is called to active duty.\n(c) A member of the armed services on active duty who is reassigned to a location out of the state.\nII. The lessee or tenant shall give notice of termination within 7 days of receipt of notice of being called to active duty or being reassigned out of the state.\nIII.
