{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-16-1601","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 564-F:16-1601","heading":"Role of Court in a Foundation's Affairs.","body":"(a) The court may intervene in a foundation's affairs to the extent its jurisdiction is invoked by an interested person or as provided by law.\n(b) A foundation shall not be subject to continuing judicial supervision unless ordered by the court.\n(c) A judicial proceeding involving a foundation may relate to any matter involving the foundation's affairs, including:\n(1) A request for instruction;\n(2) Construction of the governing documents;\n(3) A claim for breach of duty; or\n(4) A request to declare rights.\n(d) Each of the following persons may commence a judicial proceeding for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the governing documents:\n(1) A founder;\n(2) A foundation official;\n(3) A beneficiary; or\n(4) In the case of a foundation that is a charitable trust, the director of charitable trusts.","path":["Title LVI: PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES","Chapter ARTICLE 16: Dispute Resolution"],"source_url":"https://gc.nh.gov/rsa/html/LVI/564-F/564-F-16-1601.htm","current_through":"2025 regular legislative session, or December 2025","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:08:19Z","sha256":"584d5164c9c9d93da0f89cac1571e1f6d3f888a99534919a64c9520fd595cd70","source_id":"us-nh","stale":false,"prev":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-15-1503","next":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-16-1602"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
