{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-18-1801","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 564-F:18-1801","heading":"Remedies for Breach of Duty.","body":"(a) For purposes of remedying a breach of duty that has occurred or may occur, the court may:\n(1) Compel a foundation official to perform the foundation official's duties;\n(2) Enjoin a foundation official from committing a breach of duty;\n(3) Compel a foundation official to redress a breach of duty by paying money, restoring property, or other means;\n(4) Order a foundation official to account;\n(5) Appoint a special director to take possession of the foundation's property and administer the foundation;\n(6) Suspend a foundation official;\n(7) Remove a director under RSA 564-F:10-1007;\n(8) Remove a protector under RSA 564-F:12-1207;\n(9) Reduce or deny compensation to a foundation official;\n(10) Void a foundation official's act;\n(11) Impose a lien or a constructive trust on the foundation's property;\n(12) Trace the foundation's property wrongfully disposed of and recover the property or its proceeds; or\n(13) Order any other appropriate relief.","path":["Title LVI: PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES","Chapter ARTICLE 18: Breach of Duty"],"source_url":"https://gc.nh.gov/rsa/html/LVI/564-F/564-F-18-1801.htm","current_through":"2025 regular legislative session, or December 2025","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:08:19Z","sha256":"37423ea8d89915f012f9fcdee05ce279ccab03416a152ace0c5d54c3ef458424","source_id":"us-nh","stale":false,"prev":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-17-1703","next":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-18-1802"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
