{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-20-2001","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 564-F:20-2001","heading":"Dissolution by Organizers or Initial Directors.","body":"(a) If the foundation has not received its initial capital contribution, then the following persons may dissolve a foundation by filing with the secretary of state a certificate of dissolution:\n(1) A majority of the organizers; or\n(2) A majority of the initial directors.\n(b) The certificate of dissolution shall set forth:\n(1) The foundation's name;\n(2) The date on which the dissolution was authorized;\n(3) If a majority of organizers have authorized the dissolution, a statement that a majority of the organizers authorized the dissolution;\n(4) If a majority of initial directors have authorized the dissolution, a statement that a majority of the initial directors authorized the dissolution; and\n(5) A statement that the foundation has not received its initial capital contribution.\n(c) A foundation's dissolution is effective upon filing the certificate of dissolution.","path":["Title LVI: PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES","Chapter Part A: Voluntary Dissolution"],"source_url":"https://gc.nh.gov/rsa/html/LVI/564-F/564-F-20-2001.htm","current_through":"2025 regular legislative session, or December 2025","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:08:19Z","sha256":"73fa867d3734434ffc0b6c5dab37f27063d6b69e935db6928e7b3628d21f00ef","source_id":"us-nh","stale":false,"prev":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-19-1902","next":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-20-2002"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
