{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-21-2102","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 564-F:21-2102","heading":"Registration.","body":"(a) A foreign foundation may register with the secretary of state by filing with the secretary of state a certificate of registration.\n(b) The certificate of registration shall set forth:\n(1) The foreign foundation's name or, if its name is unavailable for use in this state, a name that satisfies the requirements of RSA 564-F:4-401;\n(2) The name and usual business address of each of the foundation's directors;\n(3) The name of the jurisdiction under the laws of which the foundation is organized;\n(4) The foundation's date of formation;\n(5) The foundation's period of duration;\n(6) The street address of the foundation's principal office;\n(7) The name of the foundation's initial registered agent in this state; and\n(8) The address of the foundation's initial registered office in this state.\n(c) The certificate of registration may set forth any other matter that the foreign foundation deems necessary or advisable.","path":["Title LVI: PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES","Chapter ARTICLE 21: Foreign Foundations"],"source_url":"https://gc.nh.gov/rsa/html/LVI/564-F/564-F-21-2102.htm","current_through":"2025 regular legislative session, or December 2025","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T17:08:19Z","sha256":"96bccb7a11dcb1ef85d2f44c74cb78b9f8aba52bc3d70955e0ce3fd61cfc3229","source_id":"us-nh","stale":false,"prev":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-21-2101","next":"us-nh/rsa-564-f-21-2103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
