The only 2 instances where the authority of members of the prison security force shall extend beyond the prisons' grounds are:\nI. Where a member of the security force is in hot pursuit of a person or persons who have committed a crime or violation while on prison grounds or who have committed the crime of escape from the prisons; and\nII.
