{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-649-2","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 649:2","heading":"Intentional Injury to or Interference With Property.","body":"Whoever intentionally destroys, impairs, injures, interferes or tampers with real or personal property with reasonable grounds to believe that such act will hinder, delay or interfere with the preparation of the United States or of any of the states for defense or for war, or with the prosecution of war by the United States, or by any country with which the United States shall then maintain friendly relations, shall be guilty of a class A felony.
