The following shall be adopted under RSA 675:6:\n(a) Every master plan or amendment to a master plan proposed under RSA 674:1;\n(b) Subdivision regulations proposed under RSA 674:35;\n(c) Site plan review regulations proposed under RSA 674:44; and\n(d) Historic district regulations proposed under RSA 674:46-a.\nII. Zoning ordinances proposed under RSA 674:16, historic district ordinances proposed under RSA 674:46 and building codes proposed under RSA 674:51 shall be adopted in accordance with the procedures required under RSA 675:2-5.\nII. Zoning ordinances proposed under RSA 674:16 and historic district ordinances proposed under RSA 674:46 shall be adopted in accordance with the procedures required under RSA 675:2 through 675:5.\nIII.
