{"data":{"id":"us-nh/rsa-9-9","jurisdiction":"us-nh","citation":"RSA 9:9","heading":"Supplemental Estimates.","body":"The governor shall transmit to the legislature supplemental estimates for such appropriations as in his judgment may be necessary on account of laws enacted after the transmission of the budget, or as he deems otherwise in the public interest. He shall accompany such estimates with a statement of the reasons therefor, including the reasons for their omission from the budget.
