Stat. § 11A:6-24.2","heading":"Furlough days taken on paid holiday.","body":"1.\tNotwithstanding the provisions of section 25 of P.L.2008, c.89 (C.11A:6-24.1) or any other law or regulation to the contrary, a State employee participating in a furlough program may be required or elect to take a furlough day on a paid holiday granted to State government employees in calendar years 2020 and 2021.  An employee who is required to or elects to take a furlough day on a paid holiday shall not receive pay for the holiday.
