Stat. § 12:8-37","heading":"Pilotage to be taxed or certified when amount disputed","body":"If the owner or consignee of a vessel is dissatisfied with the amount of pilotage charged against the vessel, the pilot shall have the amount of pilotage claimed by him taxed or certified by the commissioners who shall examine and certify the same without charge.
