Stat. § 12A:9-623","heading":"Right to redeem collateral.","body":"Right to Redeem Collateral.\n(a)\tPersons that may redeem.  A debtor, any secondary obligor, or any other secured party or lienholder may redeem collateral.\n(b)\tRequirements for redemption.  To redeem collateral, a person shall tender:\n(1)\tfulfillment of all obligations secured by the collateral; and\n(2)\tthe reasonable expenses and attorney's fees described in 12A:9-615 (a) (1).\n(c)\tWhen redemption may occur.
