Every institutional generator shall provide for the on-site source separation, collection and disposal of all used mercuric oxide batteries, nickel-cadmium rechargeable batteries and sealed lead rechargeable batteries generated at the facility.\nb.   Every small quantity generator shall provide for the on-site source separation, collection and disposal of all used mercuric oxide batteries, nickel-cadmium rechargeable batteries and sealed lead rechargeable batteries generated at the facility.\nc.
