Stat. § 15A:15-2","heading":"Additional miscellaneous fees","body":"Additional Miscellaneous Fees.\nThe State Treasurer shall also charge and collect for:\na.\tfiling an application to reserve a specified\ncorporate name and issuing a certificate of\nreservation\t$50.00\n(1)\tif application is for first name available\nfor corporate use among not more than three\nspecified names\t$50.00\nb.\tfiling a notice of transfer of a reserved\ncorporate name\t$50.00\nc.\tfiling an application by a foreign corporation\nto register its corporate name\t$50.00\nd.\tfiling an application by a foreign corporation\nto renew the registration of its corporate\nname\t$50.00\ne.\tissuing a certificate of standing, including\nregistered agent and registered office\t$25.00\nf.\tissuing a certificate of standing, same as above,\nbut including incorporators, officers and\ntrustees\t$25.00\ng.\tissuing a certificate of standing, listing\ncharter documents\t$25.00\nh.\tissuing a certificate of availability of\ncorporate name (1 to 3 names)\t$25.00\ni.\tfiling a certificate of registration of alternate\nname\t$50.00\nj.\tfiling a certificate of renewal of registration\nof alternate name\t$50.00\nk.\tfiling a certificate of correction\t$50.00\nl.\tcorporate status reports--per name\t$5.00\nL.1983, c.127, s.15A:15-2, eff.
