Stat. § 16:2-17","heading":"Incorporation;  powers and privileges","body":"Any association composed of representatives from Baptist churches may incorporate in the following manner:\nAt any regular meeting such association shall adopt a name and resolve to be  incorporated by such name.  The clerk, secretary or person having custody of  the minutes of the association shall make a certificate embodying such resolution, duly verify it by oath, and file the same in the office of the secretary of state.
