Stat. § 17:12B-125","heading":"Exclusive procedure;  review of commissioner's action; effect of failure to act","body":"The procedure, set forth in sections 118 through 124 of this act, for obtaining information by a member or enabling a member to communicate with other members of a State association shall be exclusive;  but the action of the  commissioner shall be subject to review in the Superior Court in a proceeding  in lieu of prerogative writ.
