Every State association shall pay to the commissioner for the use of the State a fee, to be prescribed by the commissioner by regulation in an amount not less than or not more than, the following minimum and maximum amounts:\nMinimum            Maximum\n(1)\tAnnual report or\ncertificates where required\t\t\t\t$50.00\t\t$100.00\n(2)\tDissolution proceedings\t\t\t250.00\t\t1,500.00\n(3)\tAny new corporation filing:\n(a)\tmutual association\t\t\t5,000.00\t10,000.00\n(b)\tstock association\t\t\t10,000.00\t20,000.00\n(4)\tAny proceeding under section 204\nof P.L.1963, c.144 (C.17:12B-204),\npertaining to bulk sales\t\t\t\t\t500.00\t\t1,500.00\n(5)\tAny proceeding under section 198\nof P.L.1963,c.144 (C.17:12B-198),\npertaining to mergers, per association\t\t\t1,500.00\t4,000.00\n(6)\tAny application for a branch office,\nexcept that no fee shall be paid under\nthis paragraph with respect to a branch office\nacquired as a result of a merger\nor bulk purchase\t\t\t\t\t1,000.00\t3,000.00\n(7)\tApplication to interchange\na principal and branch office\nwhen such interchange involves\ntwo separate municipalities\t\t\t\t500.00\t\t1,500.00\n(8)\tApplication for change of name\t\t50.00\t\t250.00\n(9)\tCertifications by the commissioner,\nof papers or records on file with the\ndepartment, plus $2.00 per page for\neach certification\t\t\t\t\t25.00\t\t100.00\n(10) Application to interchange\na principal and a branch office\nwithin the same municipality\t\t\t\t250.00\t\t1,000.00\n(11)  Application to change\nlocation of principal office\npursuant to subsection (2) of\nsection 40 of P.L.1963, c.144\n(C.17:12B-40)\t\t\t\t\t\t500.00\t\t2,000.00\n(12)  Application to change\nlocation of branch office beyond\n1,500 feet and in same municipality\npursuant to subsection (1) of\nsection 4 of P.L.1965, c.127\n(C.17:12B-27.1)\t\t\t\t\t250.00\t\t1,000.00\n(13)  Application to change\nlocation of branch office\npursuant to subsection (2) of\nsection 4 of P.L.1965, c.127\n(C.17:12B-27.1)\t\t\t\t\t500.00\t\t2,000.00\n(14) Conversions\t\t\t\t3,500.00\t10,000.00\n(15)  Sharing Facilities\t\t\t\t100.00\t\t500.00\n(16)  Application for approval\nof savings and loan holding\ncompany\t\t\t\t\t\t2,000.00\t5,000.00\n(17)  Filing of any other\ncertificate\t\t\t\t\t\t50.00\t\t250.00\n(18)  For issuance of any other\napproval by the commissioner,\nplus a per diem\t\t\t\t\t\t100.00\t\t250.00\n(19)  For filing plans of\nacquisition, stock, savings and\nloan and existing holding\ncompanies.\n(20)  In addition to the above\nfees, a per diem charge may be\nassessed when a special investigation\nof a filing is required.\nB.  Every State association shall defray all expenses incurred in making an examination of its affairs as provided in this act, and the commissioner may maintain an action, in the name of the State, against the association, for the recovery of such expenses, in a court of competent jurisdiction.\nC.
