Stat. § 17:16C-61.4","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n(a)  \"Business day\"  means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.\n(b)  \"Place of business\"  means the main or branch office or local address of a retail seller.\n(c)  \"Purchase price\"  means the total price paid or to be paid for goods sold or to be sold pursuant to a retail installment contract, such amount to include all interest and service charges, including, without limitation, time sales price.\nL.1968, c. 223, s. 4, eff.
