Any  financial institution which fails to comply with an order of the commissioner  shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed $500.00 for each violation.  Any  penalty imposed by the commissioner shall be enforced and collected pursuant to  the penalty enforcement law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.).\nL.1979, c. 193, s. 4, eff.
