Stat. § 17:29A-41","heading":"Joint legislative committee;  monitoring and evaluation","body":"The Banking and Insurance Committee of the General Assembly, and the Labor,  Industry and Professions Committee of the Senate, or their respective successors, are constituted as a joint committee for the purposes of monitoring  and evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of sections 4 to 11 of  this act, and said joint committee shall, as it may deem appropriate, issue  recommendations for administrative or legislative changes affecting the  implementation of this act.\nL.1983, c. 65, s. 12, eff.
