Stat. § 17:48C-11","heading":"Formal requirements for subscription certificates","body":"In every subscription certificate issued or delivered by any dental service  corporation of this State:\n(a) All printed portions shall be plainly printed in type of which the face  is not smaller than 10 point;\n(b) there shall be a brief description of the subscription certificate on its first page and on its filing back, in type of which the face is not smaller  than 14 point;\n(c) the exceptions and limitations of the contract shall appear with the same prominence in the certificate as the benefits to which they apply; and\n(d) if the contract contains any provisions purporting to make any portion of the articles, constitution or by-laws or regulations of the corporation or plans a part of the contract, such portion shall be set forth in full.\nL.1968, c. 305, s. 11, eff.
