Stat. § 17:48D-9.5","heading":"Dental plan organization to offer coverage for domestic partner.","body":"56.\tEvery dental plan organization contract that is delivered, issued, executed or renewed in this State pursuant to P.L.1979, c.478 (C.17:48D-1 et seq.) or approved for issuance or renewal in this State by the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance, on or after the effective date of P.L.2003, c.246 (C.26:8A-1 et al.), under which dependent coverage is available, shall offer dependent coverage to an enrollee for an enrollee's domestic partner.
