Stat. § 17:48H-7","heading":"Suspension, revocation of certification, grounds.","body":"7.\tThe Commissioner of Banking and Insurance may suspend or revoke a certification issued to an organized delivery system pursuant to this act upon the commissioner's determination that:\na.\tThe certified organized delivery system is operating in contravention of its basic organizational documents;\nb.\tThe certified organized delivery system is unable to fulfill its obligations to the carriers with whom it contracts;\nc.\tThe continued operation of the certified organized delivery system would be hazardous to the health and welfare of the enrollees or contract holders to whom it is obligated to provide health care services or detrimental to a carrier with whom it has contracted to provide the services;\nd.\tThe certified organized delivery system is unable to maintain the standards as set forth by the commissioner by regulation;\ne.\tThe certified organized delivery system has failed, as provided by the contract, to comply with the provisions of P.L.1997, c.192 (C.26:2S-1 et seq.);\nf.\tThe certified organized delivery system has failed to provide the health care services for which it has been certified or has provided health care services which are in contravention of the contract or contracts filed with the commissioner;\ng.\tThe certified organized delivery system has otherwise failed to comply with this act or with other applicable law; or\nh.\tThere are other reasonable grounds that warrant suspension or revocation.\nL.1999, c.409, s.7; amended 2012, c.17, s.43.","path":["TITLE 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE \t\t\tAND INSURANCE"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"1290de5aadc5d087e48181ee66639ae51af3e8c0faeb6e193f6c78a9e32c4b92","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-17-48h-6","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-17-48h-8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
