A foreign bank shall pay to the commissioner for the use of the State a fee, to be prescribed by the commissioner by regulation, in an amount not less than or not more than, the following minimum and maximum amounts:\nMinimum\tMaximum\n(1)\tFor filing a copy of its\ncertificate of incorporation or\namendment thereof or other\nchange therein\t\t\t\t\t\t\t$50.00\t\t$250.00\n(2)\tFor filing a statement of\nits financial condition \t\t\t\t\t\t50.00\t\t250.00\n(3)\tFor filing a power of\nattorney\t\t\t\t\t\t\t25.00\t\t75.00\n(4)\t(Deleted by amendment, P.L.2007, c.81).\n(5)\tFor registering a back office\t\t\t\t\t500.00\nThe commissioner shall charge for the issuance of a certificate of authority or a certificate of renewal of a certificate of authority such fee as the commissioner shall prescribe by rule or regulation, not to exceed $1,500.00.
