Stat. § 17:9A-80","heading":"Special meetings;  call","body":"Special meetings of the stockholders of a bank may be called at any time by  the president, the board of directors, the holders of not less than one-tenth  of all shares outstanding with voting rights, or by such other officers or  persons as may be so authorized in the certificate of incorporation or by-laws  of the bank.
