Stat. § 17B:27-46.1bb","heading":"Group health insurer to offer coverage for domestic partner.","body":"51.\tA group health insurer that provides hospital or medical expense benefits under a policy that is delivered, issued, executed or renewed in this State or approved for issuance or renewal in this State by the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance, on or after the effective date of  P.L.2003, c.246 (C.26:8A-1 et al.), under which dependent coverage is available, shall offer dependent coverage to a covered person for a covered person's domestic partner.
