Stat. § 18A:35-4.3","heading":"Sexual assault prevention education program","body":"The Department of Education in consultation with the advisory committee provided for in section 2 of this act, shall develop and establish guidelines for the teaching of sexual assault prevention techniques for utilization by local school districts in the establishment of a sexual assault prevention education program.  Such program shall be adapted to the age and understanding of the pupils and shall be emphasized in appropriate places of the curriculum sufficiently for a full and adequate treatment of the subject.\nL.1979, c. 42, s. 1, eff.
