Stat. § 18A:36A-14.3","heading":"Public notice of amending, altering contract terms, lead person, business administrator, charter schools.","body":"18.\tA board of trustees of a charter school shall not renegotiate, extend, amend, or otherwise alter the terms of a contract with a lead person or school business administrator unless notice is provided to the public at least 30 days prior to the scheduled action by the board.  The board shall also hold a public hearing and shall not take any action on the matter until the hearing has been held.
