A charter school shall maintain an Internet website.  The purpose of the website shall be to provide increased public access to the operations and activities of the charter school.\nb.\tThe following information shall be posted on the homepage of the charter school’s website:\n(1)\tthe budget adopted by the charter school for the school year pursuant to section 12 of P.L.2025, c.277 (C.18A:36A-14.1);\n(2)\tall meeting notices required pursuant to the provisions of the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act,” P.L.1975, c.231 (C.10:4-6 et seq.) in accordance with section 15 of P.L.2025, c.277 (C.18A:36A-6b);\n(3)\teach annual report submitted by a charter school pursuant to section 16 of P.L.1995, c.426 (C.18A:36A-16);\n(4)\ta list of the members of the board of trustees;\n(5)\ta list, and location, of the facilities operated by the charter school; and\n(6)\tany other information required by State or federal law.\nc.\tThe website shall be updated on a regular basis.\nL.2025, c.277, s.11.","path":["TITLE 18A EDUCATION"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"c6f4c3879a900b3153653abcfcf4e975c6c7c619f97b60378ae65eadfafe921d","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-18a-36a-6","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-18a-36a-6b"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
