Stat. § 18A:44-10","heading":"Mixed Delivery Model Preschool Handbook.","body":"10.\tThe Department of Education, in consultation with the Department of Children and Families, shall develop and periodically update a Mixed Delivery Model Preschool Handbook to compile all State requirements and associated guidance documents, organized by topic, deemed relevant by the Commissioner of Education.
