Stat. § 18A:58-7.1a","heading":"Nonprofit nonpublic school defined","body":"As used in this act  \"nonprofit nonpublic school\"  means an elementary or secondary school in this State, other than a public school, organized and operated not for profit, offering education for grades kindergarten through 12,  or any combination thereof, wherein a child may legally fulfill compulsory  school attendance requirements and which complies with the requirements of  Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act (P.L. 88-352).\nL.1977, c. 55, s. 1, eff.
