Stat. § 18A:64A-78","heading":"Adoption of act;  resolution","body":"This act shall become operative only after acceptance and adoption by the board of trustees of the private institution, which shall be by resolution which shall:\na.  Impress the property and funds remaining under the board of governors with a public trust for the use and benefit of the higher education of the citizens of the county;  and\nb.  Effectuate the changes in the bylaws of the private institution which are necessary to implement the provisions of this act.\nL.1982, c. 42, s. 29, eff.
