Stat. § 18A:64J-34","heading":"Appointment of director","body":"As soon as may be practicable after the establishment of the center, the participating institution or institutions, in consultation with and under regulations adopted by the commission, shall appoint a director of the center. The participating institutions through the director shall:\na.   Administer and operate the center;\nb.   Appoint, remove and transfer personnel;\nc.   Establish programs in the center to conduct biomolecular research in the agricultural and environmental sciences; and\nd.
