Research new techniques for dealing with hazardous and toxic substances;\nb.   Serve as a repository for existing knowledge concerning hazardous and toxic substance management;\nc.   Make recommendations to the commission concerning innovation partnership grants;\nd.   Serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas among industry, government, academia and the public;\ne.   Disseminate authoritative and objective information and guidance on the many issues arising concerning hazardous and toxic substance management;\nf.   Promote technology extension services to businesses engaged in hazardous and toxic substance management;\ng.
