Stat. § 18A:71B-109","heading":"Annual report.","body":"6.\tEach research university that participates in the ACES Program shall annually submit a report on the program to the Secretary of Higher Education in a time and manner as determined by the secretary.  The report shall include, but not be limited to:\na.\tthe number of eligible underrepresented students who were nominated for the pre-college summer program and who applied for admission to the university;\nb.\tthe number of eligible underrepresented students who participated in the pre-college summer program and who enrolled in the university;\nc.\tthe number and percentage of pre-college summer program students who participated in the undergraduate ACES Scholar program;\nd.\tthe number and percentage of pre-college summer program students who enrolled in a STEM undergraduate degree program;\ne.\tthe annual retention rate of undergraduate students who enrolled in the university after participating in the pre-college summer program;\nf.\tthe graduation rate and employment data for students who participated in the undergraduate ACES Scholar program, including the corporations and companies employing the students; and\ng.\tthe amount of private funding secured by the university from the State's private sector, including from corporations and companies representative of the STEM industry.\nL.2019, c.431, s.6.","path":["TITLE 18A EDUCATION"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"16c979aca2ab77ca102bad0557c827b03d9064f80ccc5e7b00b919e9192c8995","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-18a-71b-108","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-18a-71b-110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
