The authority shall annually publish on its Internet website:\na.\tthe list of State-designated medically underserved areas and the number of positions needed in each area as determined pursuant to N.J.S.18A:71C-35 as transmitted by the Commissioner of Health;\nb.\tthe total percentage of Medicaid enrollees in each county as required by paragraph (3) of subsection a. of section 17 of P.L.2025, c.345 (C.18A:71C-35.1), as transmitted by the Commissioner of Human Services; and\nc.\tany other sources for criteria utilized by the authority to review and evaluate loan recipients’ or approved sites’ applications for the Health Care Professional Loan Redemption Program established pursuant to N.J.S.18A:71C-33.\nL.2025, c.345, s.5.","path":["TITLE 18A EDUCATION"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"8e8870265dd7d0d530f26c391535829b28864332fa7f9b49c3308e1a6b27a534","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-18a-71c-35.1","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-18a-71c-36"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
