Stat. § 18A:72F-11","heading":"Rules, regulations.","body":"11.\tThe Commission on Higher Education shall promulgate such rules and regulations in accordance with the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this act.
