Stat. § 18A:74-25","heading":"\"Public Library Project Fund.\"","body":"2.\tThe \"Public Library Project Fund\" is established as a separate account in the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority to carry out the purposes of P.L.1999, c.184 (C.18A:74-24 et al.).
