Stat. § 18A:9-3","heading":"Districts included in type II districts","body":"Type II school districts shall include--\na.  Local school districts as follows:\n1.  Every local school district hereafter established in a municipality other than a city, or in a city which shall become a municipality other than a city, except a municipality in which the provisions of section 18A:9-2 shall be  accepted;\n2.  Every local school district which was governed, immediately preceding the effective date of this title, by chapter 7 of Title 18 of the Revised Statutes;\n3.  Every local school district in which the provisions of this section shall be accepted;  and\n4.  Every consolidated local school district.\nb.
